Slow service, often wait in drive thru 15 min plus, flies everywhere in store, last place to recommend eating in Mcconnelsville or Malta, upper management needs a change.
Its hit and miss. Theyre usually a little slow on service but everybody is usually pretty friendly in the drive thru. If I have to order inside, I usually just get my food and go. I have gotten some bad looks/unfriendly faces from some people that work there inside but it is a small town and most of those faces have been from people I went to high school with. Not bad for a small town with very few choices when looking for quick burgers and fries.
The drive thru is the slowest in Ohio. Food is cold. Average wait time is from 5-30 minutes. They need better help

This is the worst mcdonalds we have ever been to. Either they forget something, the orders wrong or there just rude. Tonite they gave us cheesburgers with no cheese, tea with no ice, and the woman at the window was rude. 7/20/2017 nite shift.
