My husband came there for work and we called to see if they had an open rv spot. The man said he did and he would hold the spot for a $50 deposit. Rent was $425 and when my husband got there the next day he tried to pay $475 out of $500 and the man did not have change so he took the 500 which should have been applied to the next months rent. My husband only ended up staying for 2 nights instead of the month like he had planned due to the work not working out. He went to get prorated for rent like campgrounds always do and the man was very rude that he even asked for money back. My husband explained to him he didn't mean to only be there 2 days and he gave him more money that he should have gotten anyways. The man still being very hateful gave him $100 and said thats all your getting. When we spoke to the man on the phone he let us know he wasn't like all other campgrounds he didn't raise rates due to high work volume coming into town he just wouldn't do that not that kind of person but the way he handled business with my husband was way worse. So if you plan to stay here just be sure you plan accordingly otherwise you won't get your money back and be treated very rudely.
