Beautiful flowers and pooch sent to a dear friend to wish her to get well soon! They were so helpful on the phone and I would order from them again! If it was possible to post a picture I would. They were a beautiful surprise for us too since I was ordering from out of state. Very pretty!
To address the review 6 months before mine. It just so happened that during that wedding the only designer, and owner was in a really bad car wreck, almost died in the hospital and everyone around her scrambled to try to get this wedding done. Yeah, things weren't perfect but you should be able to understand that and not give a horrible review and maybe bring things back to the buisiness.
I can't give this shop more than a star because the vase was beautiful! My husband order me flowers on 10/31/14 a simple but beautiful bunch of flowers so he thought. He ordered 6 Pink Roses, White Alstroemeria, Pink Fluted Vase and a pink Decorative Ribbon. Instead of calling and asking if she could sub the flower White Alstroemeria. This lady took it upon herself to make this god awful arrangement that had 5 pink roses, ugly looking star pink and white, and yellow lilies,yellow Alstroemeria and daisies. and a bright pink ribbon. I don't like daisies or lilies at all. The lady was rude and even the company my husband ordered the flowers from said she did not follow protocol. She need to learn better customer service and the golden rule THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! the flowers was dead by 11/2/14 not worth the trouble with this lady! Go with a better shop who guarantees their flowers for at least 5 days.
I give 1 star only because it was the only way I could get to this part of the reveiw!

Talk about tears on a wedding day ! One of what should be the happiest days in a girls life, turned into a devastating disaster because of this flower shop!
This shop is has been a true disappointing and nightmare to deal with. Wish had never set foot in it!
Its a long story, so let me just say , half an hour before the wedding, my daughter who was the sister and maid of honor to my other daughter, and myself sat on the floor downstairs of the church taking apart 2 bouquets. Yes that's right. Instead of helping her sister get ready into her gown, etc, the maid of honor was sitting on the floor trying to save the brides and her bouquets. Piece by piece, removing all of the greenery that shouldn't have been there and the awful ribbon that may as well have not been on them. Also, several dead roses thst were brown!!!!. These were not bouquets! The bride had told the owner 3 times what she wanted; blush pink rose and some cream shades rose. No green, no babys breath, and UNOPENED!! None of the request was followed. These 2 big bunches of pink flowers , and dead flowers are what was handed to the family member that morning. With less than an hour to spare after this, no way could they have been "fixed" by the so called "designer!" We did the best we could with what we had....2 huge bunches of vase flowers. That isn't all. The other bridal parties flowers were all wrong too! Not 1 single order/request was followed!
